Far fewer properties are governed by a community association, which means more freedom in material and style. And the buying decision is usually driven by value and total footage rather than by what an architectural review committee will approve.
What that means practically: on a large Lehigh lot, the difference between chain link and vinyl over 800 linear feet is a substantial number. So we price options rather than pushing one material, we are direct about what each will and will not do, and we tell you when spending more is genuinely worth it and when it is not.
The most cost-effective way to enclose a large Lehigh lot at $12–$22 per linear foot. Galvanized or black vinyl-coated, with optional privacy slats. Ideal for dog runs, acreage perimeter, and keeping a property secure without a five-figure spend.

Fencing an acre is a different engineering problem than fencing a quarter-acre suburban yard. Do not economize on posts and footings — post depth, spacing, and corner bracing are what keep a long run standing straight, and they are invisible from the curb, which is exactly why a cheap bid cuts them first. Gates deserve the budget: they are the only moving part and the first thing to fail.
