1. Who We Are

Premier Fence of SWFL, LLC ("Premier Fence," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed fencing contractor (Florida license CGC1523105) serving Collier, Lee and Charlotte County, Florida. This Privacy Policy applies to premierfenceofswfl.com and to information we collect when you contact us by phone, email or our website forms.

2. Information You Give Us

When you request an estimate, fill in a form, call us, or email us, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and property address
• Project details — the type of fence you want, approximate footage, property photos you send us, survey documents, and any HOA information relevant to your installation
• Correspondence — the content of emails, text messages, form submissions and voicemails you send us
• Scheduling information — appointment times and site access notes

You do not have to give us any of this. If you choose not to, we may not be able to provide an estimate or complete your project.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the services we use:

• Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen size and device type
• Usage information — pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and the page or search that referred you
• Approximate location — a general geographic area derived from your IP address, typically no more precise than city level
• Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser, described in Section 6

4. Phone Calls, Text Messages and Call Tracking

We use a call tracking service to understand which advertising brings us calls. When you call a number displayed on our website, the service may record your phone number, the date and time of the call, its duration, the page or advertisement you came from, and your approximate location.

Call recording. Calls to and from Premier Fence are recorded for quality assurance, training and accuracy of project records. You will hear a notification at the beginning of the call before any recording begins. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may tell us at that point and we will stop the recording, or you may end the call and contact us by email instead. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a telephone conversation, and by continuing the call after the notification you consent to being recorded.

Recordings are stored by our call tracking provider, are accessible only to Premier Fence staff, and are retained for a limited period before deletion. You may request deletion of a recording of your own call using the contact details in Section 15.

Text messages. If you provide a mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling or project status. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare your estimate
• Schedule and complete your fence installation or repair
• Apply for permits and prepare HOA architectural submissions on your behalf
• Invoice you and process payment
• Provide warranty service and follow-up
• Send you service updates, and — where you have not objected — occasional information about our services
• Measure which advertising and marketing works, and improve our website
• Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with our legal and licensing obligations

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Necessary — to make the site work, remember form entries and keep it secure
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this
• Advertising — to measure the performance of our advertising and, in some cases, to show our ads to people who have visited our website. We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools for this

These tools may set cookies that recognise your browser across websites. That is how you might see a Premier Fence advertisement after visiting our site.

7. When We Share Information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, track our calls, process payments, run our advertising, and manage our customer records. They may use your information only to perform those services for us.
• Permitting authorities and HOAs. Where you have asked us to handle a permit application or architectural submission, we provide the information those bodies require.
• Subcontractors and suppliers. Where necessary to complete your project.
• Financing partners. Only if you apply for financing through us, and only with your consent.
• Legal requirements. Where we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of others.
• Business transfer. If Premier Fence is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep customer project records for as long as needed to provide warranty service and to meet our legal, licensing, tax and insurance obligations — typically several years after a project is completed. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a shorter period. Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service we use.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See Section 9.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 239-566-8642 or email kevin@premierfenceswfl.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Marketing. You can ask us to stop sending marketing email or text at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply tell us. We will still contact you about an active project.

Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

Advertising opt-outs. You can limit interest-based advertising directly with the platforms:

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to know what information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We honour these requests from any customer who makes one, regardless of state. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond, and our website does not currently respond to these signals. You can use the opt-out controls in Section 9 instead.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting and encrypted connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details by email.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website links to other sites — including Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, social media and review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
